Watts has experience in urban streetscape design for historic corridors, historical preservation reports, planning revitalization reports, economic feasibility studies, architectural design, landscape design, preservation of cultural significant structures, adaptive reuse, and architectural analysis for historic buildings.
 
Watts also has expertise in the integration of modern and sustainable design applications (required by LEED certified projects) within the overall scope of our Historic Preservation work.
