Originally built in 1914, the existing theater is approximately 7,000 SF and an approximate 5,000 SF two story addition is planned. The owner intends to use the theater for movies, theatrical productions, dinner theater, conventions and/or town hall meetings with adequate front and back of house functions to support it. It is anticipated that the construction will be completed within the next two years at a preliminary estimated cost of $7,000,000. After the theater renovation and building addition are complete, it is anticipated that an office/education building will be built on an adjacent property within five years.
